When the Market is in a giant swing, as I think it is at the moment, holding a bearish attitude for awhile is sometimes a good idea.
In the meantime trading Forex can be fun and profitable. In fact, lots of traders prefer Forex. For stock guys that have trouble "sitting on their hands" when they should be it can also offer an opportunity to stay active. I like trading Forex after hours and generally only trade on pretty secure setups .With this falling market, we may see some nice ones as Adam Hewison shows here with USD/JPY

I'm still sitting on a bunch of $SPY puts in my IRA account. So without much to do, maybe I'll
set up alerts and plant some roses today!
